Store Policies


Bandida Bibs is committed to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring you are satisifed with our products.  All of our items are handmade, and some minor variances are to be expected.  If you have any questions or concerns about any of our products, please send us a message.  We are here to help you!



We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards.



Orders placed between Monday through Friday normally ship within 3-5 business days; custom orders can take up to three weeks to ship out.  Purchases made on Friday after 4:00 pm EST on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday will be processed the next business day.  Bandida Bibs uses FedEx Ground, UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail for most of our shipping. Shipping charges are calculated automatically in the shopping cart based on your purchase. 


  • For US orders, bibs and accessories ship for $4.99 for the first item; additional accessories are $1.50 each. Crib guards ship for $14.99; additional accessories are $1.50 each. 


  • For orders outside of the US, shipping costs will vary depending on your location.  Orders to Canada usually arrive within 7 to 10 business days; orders to other locations worldwide can take as long as six weeks. 


You will receive an e-mail confirmation and tracking number once your item(s) ship. 

We try to keep all of our items in stock, but occasionally items do go on back order.  A sales representative will contact you should there be any delays at the time the order is placed.


We hope that you love our products as much as we do! If for some reason you don't we will exchange your purchase or issue a store credit in accordance with the terms below:


  •  E-mail your return request with your order number, the specific item(s) to be returned, and the reason for the return to   Please let us know in the e-mail if you would like to exchange your item or receive store credit.  If you are requesting an exchange, please indicate the item(s) that you would like instead.  In our reply, we will provide a return processing number that you will need to include when you ship the item back to us.  Please note that custom orders are not eligible for return. 


  • Any exchanges must be received within 14 days of receipt. Any item(s) that are returned after 14 days of your receipt of the merchandise will not be eligible for an exchange or store credit.


  • You are responsible for all shipping, duties, taxes, and handling fees for the merchandise you are returning.  Please ensure that the item(s) are sent back to us via an insured, traceable method. We are not responsible for any returned packages not received or packages that are damaged while in transit.  


  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and unsoiled and have all tags attached. Items that do not meet this criteria will not be exchanged or eligible for store credit.


  • Exchanges: Items may only be exchanged for other merchandise of equal or lesser value. You are responsible for all shipping, duties, taxes, and handling fees incurred to send the exchanged merchandise to you.


  • Store credit:  You will be offered 85% of the cost of the merchandise returned, less the original shipping charges; 15% of the cost will be charged as a restocking fee.

Please allow 10 business days after receipt of merchandise for your exchange or store credit to be processed. Store credits expire after six months from the date of return.




We are committed to protecting your personal information when you purchase something from us or register for our newsletter.  During transactions, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, and e-mail address.  We will only send you e-mails about our store and new products, if you subscribe to our newsletter.  However, we may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.


We rely on a third-party provider to process payment; the provider will only collect, use, and disclose your information as needed to secure payment.  All credit cad information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption.  Additional information on the third-party provider's handling of your personal information is explained in its privacy policy. 



We reserve the right to modify our privacy policy at any time.  Any changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon being posted to our website.
